auto, home, umbrella, boat, motorcycle, recreational vehicles,
personal articles, business, commercial auto, commercial
umbrella, tools and equipment, workers' comp, bonds, life,
health, accident, disability, IRA's.
The agency specializes in custom-tailoring coverages to fit your
needs. We start by getting to know you and your needs, and
review your current coverages to find any gaps. Then we quote
your coverages with our many A+ rated companies, and provide a
no obligation proposal of coverages for your review.
S & R provides prompt, professional service after the sale. We
work for you - any changes you request are handled quickly, and
we work with the insurance company to be sure your needs are
met. We automatically rewrite your coverages if we can lower
your premium!
We can be contacted 24 hours a day if you have an emergency, and
are there to help you with a claim. The insurance companies we
represent are stable and will be there for you when you need
them.
S & R also provides consumer education regarding insurance
products. There is a lot of information out there that can
confuse anyone who is not an insurance expert. The insurance
industry changes daily! Our quarterly newsletters provide just
the information you need to know to make informed decisions, and
include helpful tips to avoid problems down the road. We'll let
you know about new coverages and alert you to changes in
coverages that may affect you.
The agency requires that all of its agents complete insurance
education updates each year, and we review new forms as they are
introduced in Tennessee.
