Meet Our Staff!
Our staff of insurance professionals is at your service! Call Beverly Lucas for Personal & Commercial Lines, Sandi Freels for Life & Health and Billing questions, and Cyndi Jeffers for Commercial & Personal Lines, Life & Health, Bonds, Policy Service, Claims and Billing questions. For email/website problems, call Cathy Shupp. Our office hours are 9 AM-5 PM Monday thru Friday, with other hours available by appointment. For after hours emergencies, call our office or call 435-2192. We do have a lockbox for your convenience. Feel free to drop payments, etc in the green box to the right of the front door. We check it daily!
Workers' Comp Update: I-18 forms can only be used by those businesses involved in the construction industry. You do not have to carry Workers' Comp coverage to use the I-18 form. They are filed with the TN Dept of Labor, and are effective 30 days after TDL approves them. Anyone who works in the construction industry and has employees is REQUIRED to carry Workers' Comp coverage!
Group Health Coverage! We write Group Health coverage for businesses with groups of three or more, and have some very competitive rates. We also offer other important coverages, such as Disability, Life, Accident... Call Sandi for a no-obligation proposal!
Direct Payments! We can input your Grange or Auto-Owners premium payments directly into the companies' billing systems from our office! Drop your payment by our office and say hello instead of mailing it out of town! Payments are entered directly into the company's system, and are credited to your account 2 days later. *Note: We cannot enter payments for policies that have already canceled! Automatic bank draft is also an option with most of our companies.
Speaking of Payments... Sometimes your bill gets lost in the mail, or maybe you have a business crisis that prevents you from paying your premium on time. If we get a cancellation notice on your policies and have not heard from you, we will call you. This is a courtesy that most agencies do not provide. Please help us by returning our phone call and bringing your payment by our office PRIOR to the cancellation effective date (if the cancellation effective date is 12/2, your policy actually cancels at midnight on 12/1!). With your help, we can streamline this process, allowing us to spend more time working on your coverages and working to lower your premiums - we think this is what you would want us to do! Get Your 2001 Calendar! Stop by our office and pick up your 2001 wall or desk calendar while they last!

Notary Bonds: Do you have a Notary in your office? We write Notary bonds, and have some great rates! Our bonds include the Notary At-Large as well as Notary Errors & Omissions coverages. And the premium is just $40 for the 4-year bond!
AFLAC Sold Here! We also sell AFLAC! Whether or not you have Group Health coverage, you should check this out! AFLAC can provide employees with their choice of optional coverages - life, accident, cancer, disability, hospitalization -at low monthly rates. The premiums are billed to your business on one bill, and you deduct the premium from the employee's pay pretax - saves you payroll taxes, too! If an employee leaves your employ, he/she can take the coverage with them!
