Our staff of insurance professionals is at your service! For Personal & and Commercial Lines quotes, call Beverly Lucas; for Life & Health and Billing questions, call Sandi Freels; for Personal & Commercial Lines, Life, Health, Bonds, Claims, Billing questions and Policy Service, call Cyndi Jeffers. For email/website problems, call Cathy Shupp. Office hours are 9 AM-5 PM Monday thru Friday, with other hours available by appointment. For after hours emergencies, call our office or call 435-2192. We do have a lock box for your convenience - please feel free to leave payments, etc in the green box to the right of the door - we check it daily!

Direct Payments! We can input your Grange, Auto-Owners, PGA and TN Insurance Company premium payments directly into the companies' billing systems from our office! Payments are credited 2 days after input, so be sure to bring payments by at least 2 days before the due date to avoid late fees! We will be adding other companies in the future. Note: We cannot enter payments for policies that have already canceled! Automatic bank draft is also an option with most of our companies now.

Speaking of Premiums...Sometimes your bill is lost in the mail or you've had a family crisis that caused you to forget about paying your premium. Sometimes there is confusion about how much is due after a change was made to your policy. If we receive a cancellation notice on your policy and haven't heard from you, we will call you. This is a courtesy that most agencies do not provide. Please help us by returning our phone call and bringing your premium to our office PRIOR to the cancellation effective date (if the cancellation effective date is 12/2, that means your policy is canceled on 12/1 at midnight!). We'd much rather spend our time working on your coverages and finding ways to save you premium dollars, and can't help but think that's what you want, too!!

Has Anything Changed ? If any of the following things have happened in your life since we wrote your coverages, please call us - we need to correct your policy, and you may be paying too much! Marriage, divorce, retirement, new job, not working, new home, moved, kids away at school, kids left home, kids got driver's license, death in family, paid off mortgage or car loan, home renovations or additions.
